Best Wine Tours
Terms and Conditions – Effective 1 May 2019
We promise information supplied by you will not be used for any purpose other than what is necessary to process and confirm your booking.
Best Wine Tours may ask for a deposit for a future booking. Deposits are usually paid by Bank Transfers or Credit Card Holds. Even if a deposit has not been requested it does not mean the customer is not liable for any cancellation fees.
If a booking is cancelled by the customer: –
- 48 hours prior to the commencement time of the tour = 100% refund of any paid funds.
- 24 – 48 hours prior to the commencement time of the tour = 50% refund of any paid funds or 50% of total tour cost charged to customers credit card.
- 24 hours or less prior to the commencement time of the tour 100% retention of any paid funds or 100% of total tour cost charged to customers credit card.
However, if we are able to re-sell your booking before departure, we will offer you a full refund with no costs incurred.
A no show is defined as fifteen (15) minutes past the due time at the pick up address notified on the booking.
In respect of airport pick ups – delayed or cancelled flights will be treated on a ‘case by case’ basis and refunds (if applicable) will be at the total discretion of Best Wine Tours Management.
Items Left in the Vehicle – Lost Property
Best Wine Tours will not be responsible for items left in the vehicle. If items are found Best Wine Tours reserves the right to charge a delivery fee.
Currency and GST
All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Itinerary is subject to change without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Best Wine Tours will not be responsible for circumstances out of our control (examples): Traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, weather conditions, airport, bus, train delays or venue closures.
Alcohol Consumption and Smoking
Both alcohol consumption and smoking are prohibited inside the vehicle.
Eskies or Cooler Bags containing alcohol are not permitted to be on tour.
Conduct / Damage / Age
Any person/s whose behaviour impacts negatively on the enjoyment and safety of fellow passengers or the driver may be unable to continue the tour, and in doing so, will be responsible for making their own way to their accommodation at their own cost. The tour guide makes the final decision on this matter – No refunds will be applicable.
Guests who damage, soil or vomit in the car will be charged a fee not less than $150 this will be charged on the spot.
Due to the nature of the tour where we primarily travel to Licensed premises, we will not accept anyone under the age of 18 years.
